Give A Grad A Go have partnered with the University of Birmingham to bring you our latest student webinar: ‘Graduate to Entrepreneur: How to start your own business’.
The event will be taking place on the 11th February 2021 at 1pm, and we will be hosting alongside our brilliant guest speaker, Rupert Forsythe. Founder and CEO Rupert is part of the University of Birmingham’s Alumni and will be sharing his entrepreneurial journey alongside the University of Birmingham’s Career Professionals.

Many students, graduates and job-seekers consider starting a business when they leave university. One of the most popular alternatives from full time employment after university is to start your own business or initiative, yet it can be difficult to get help with starting a business.
Starting a business as a student can be expensive, time-consuming and risky, with many coming out of University wondering how to be a student entrepreneur. There are pros and cons of being an entrepreneur and in many cases you will find these out once you launch your venture. Before you start, it can be useful to speak to successful entrepreneurs and ask them to share their success stories and answer any questions you might have so you can learn the benefits of being an entrepreneur.
