The Propel Elevate Course will teach you RPA development and Cognitive Automation on Automation Anywhere’s v11 and A2019 platforms. It will also teach globally utilised business methodologies including AgilePM and Operational Excellence. The course has been designed to work around your schedule and preferred pace, so you can learn all of this between 3 to 5 days.
RPA is a technology that utilises software robots to mimic the actions of a human worker on the graphical user interface. It can automate rules-based, repetitive tasks 24/7 with 100% accuracy, to drastically increase the productivity of companies.

The course has been designed by expert trainers who have years of experience teaching automation face to face for the world’s largest automation company, Automation Anywhere.
Completing the course will take between 3 to 5 days depending on your pace. Once you have completed the module, there will be an additional 20 business-focussed bots for you to build. This will give you the opportunity to demonstrate to employers that you have developed multiple bots in domains such as Finance, HR, and Sales.
The course will be taught by a range of experienced professionals who are all experts in their fields, here's a bit about each module teacher:
Max has over 7 years experience developing Robotic Process Automation platforms as well as training people to use them. Previously, he worked as a specialist Automation Anywhere trainer, helping over 1000 trainees to gain their advanced certification. Before joining the Propel Team, Max was the lead developer for a cognitive automation project assisting the Australian Government.
Over the past 12 years, Anthony has trained people across several industries and sectors. Having previously worked in the Merchant Bank sector, he appreciates the importance in automating highly repetitive processes. Since joining Propel Consult, Anthony has trained every employee to become Master Certified in Automation Anywhere.
This module has been designed and created by Louisa Pavis, the COO of Apater Capital. Louisa was previously the Director at HSBC for Strategy and Change Delivery, and has delivered AgilePM and change transformation training globally to thousands of people.
Our Operational Excellence course has been designed by Jason Taylor who is recognised as one of the thought leaders in the industry, he has years of experience as a proponent for Operational Excellence globally. Louisa Pavis - Chief Operating Officer, Apater Capital
Louisa is the COO of a Private Equity firm that is chaired by Wales' first Billionaire. In 2003, Louisa graduated from the University of Newcastle before being inducted into the Accenture graduate scheme. Prior to her new venture, Louisa was Global Head of Innovation at HSBC and held similar positions at Prudential, Close Brothers and Legal & General. Louisa has hired and inducted over 100 graduates throughout her working career via assessment centres and one-on-one interviews.
Ian Hunt - Chief Customer Officer, Close Brothers
Ian is the Chief Customer Officer of the UK’s largest merchant bank, established over 100 years ago. In 2001, Ian graduated from the University of Monash before joining IBM’s graduate scheme in Australia. During his 13 years' with IBM, Ian was promoted to Associate Partner, where he was designated Account Manager to key accounts; leading the Apple account. He then joined Close Brothers to define and roll out their digital and customer engagement strategy. During his career, Ian has hired teams consisting of all levels; often hiring graduates out of University with specific skill-sets.
Daniel Johnson - Head of Automation, UK Home Office
Daniel is the Head of Automation at UK Home Office. Upon graduating in 2010 from UCLA, Daniel has since worked for The Cooperative, Accenture and now has his own consultancy, which is currently engaged by the Home Office, to roll out their Intelligent Automation Programme. To date, Daniel has hired teams with varying experience but has an affiliation to the graduate programmes; having experienced it first-hand.
Jason Taylor - Senior Operational / Excellence Leader, Smith & Nephew
Recognised as one of the thought leaders in Operational Excellence, Jason has an illustrious career working as an evangelist for Operational Excellence globally. Currently working for Smith & Nephew, one of the world’s leading companies for medical technology, where is has rolled out a number of initiatives to help improve and streamline the entire business. Whilst working for one of the global leading consultancies, he has been engaged on all areas of business to drive innovation and scalable growth.
Dominic Evans - Director, Partner, Founder & Investor of multiple successful businesses
Dominic is a driven recruitment professional with over 20 years’ industry experience. Having founded his first business in 2010 focusing on mid to senior level management appointments within the Built Environment, he has since invested in experienced recruiters who would like to start their own recruitment business. Since 2016, Dom has invested in 10 founders who operate across 5 brands recruiting in the UK and internationally and has most recently invested in Propel Consult Limited, a Robotic Process Automation consultancy.
Mark Outram - Director & Founder, Propel Consult Limited
Mark has worked with a number of organisations across multiple industries and disciplines in identifying and supplying search capability to enable effective business change and transformation for over 12 years. In the last 3 years, Mark has worked/ partnered with the largest global RPA vendor, Automation Anywhere. Mark has most recently founded Propel Consult Limited with Dominic Evans, an RPA consultancy.
Max Cassidy - Director - Implementation Lead, Propel Consult Limited
Max has over 7 years’ experience both developing and training people to use Robotic Process Automation platforms. Max previously worked as a dedicated Automation Anywhere trainer, delivering training to over 1000 people and ensuring they became advanced certified with a solid understanding of the platform. Before moving to Propel, Max was the lead developer for a cognitive automation project out in Australia; assisting the Australian Government.
