Q2 was a busy quarter for hiring - both internally and externally. We welcomed 3 new Graduate Resourcers, Luke, Viktoria and Elise, as well as a Marketing & Operations Assistant, Ellie.
Correspondingly, several members of our team have also been promoted – and Joe, Alex and Jack have successfully made the step from Resourcing to Consulting.
Externally, during the months of April, May and June, we arranged over 1,000 interviews, connected with and profiled more than 2,000 soon-to-be 2018 graduates, and helped to launch the careers of 100+ exceptional candidates.
Throughout Q2, we continued to encourage gender representation across each and every sector we work on - and saw the male/female split in FinTech, Internet & Digital Media, PR & Comms, Advertising & Marketing, and FMCG, Fashion & Retail edge closer to equal than in the previous quarter.
With a 96% probation pass rate, and a remarkably low average number of days to fill a role, we’re definitely doing something right – that’s why over 85% of our business this quarter was repeat business.
