We’re thrilled to announce Give A Grad A Go have made the shortlist for ‘Best Company to work for (up to 50 Employees)’ in this years’ Institute of Recruitment Professionals Awards! We’ve been fortunate enough to have won this award and been shortlisted in previous years, but we’re hoping for another victory in 2017!
Following on from her nomination for ‘Permanent Consultant of the Year’ in 2016, Claire Donaldson has gone on to celebrate her 3rd year in the business with 2 further promotions and has bagged herself another nomination this year! Now Team Leader at Give A Grad A Go, Claire has quickly and successfully moved into a management position and shown effective leadership skills. Claire’s transition from Graduate Resourcer, to Team Lead has been the quickest path to progression in Give A Grad A Go so far – in just over 2.5 years.
And it doesn’t end there – we’re delighted to hear our Key Account Manager; Lottie Nash has also been nominated for ‘Best Newcomer.’ Just over a year ago, Lottie came into our offices and it didn’t take her long to settle in and get the ball rolling. Lottie is a fresh source of inspiration for new team members as since being at Give A Grad A Go, Lottie has progressed from a Graduate Resourcer, to Consultant, to Senior Consultant and now Key Account Manager, managing a team of three.
