Job description

In this graduate Sales Support job, you will be working directly with the National Account Managers and Sales team. You will be working on a wide variety of tasks, which range from product updates on the company website, to assisting with the day to day running of the Amazon and Ebay accounts You will need to have excellent attention to detail, ensuring the website is always correctly presented, that content updates are accurately executed, and that online brand presence is effectively maintained. The successful candidate will enjoy managing a busy work load and be totally IT savvy with a good understanding of Excel.

*Please note, this role is based in Bridgend, Wales, so you must be able to commute*

Key Responsibilities

In this graduate Sales Assistant job in Wales, your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the process of managing existing product updates within the Internet Sales Channel
• Assisting the National Account Manager on the largest accounts – making sure Ebay and Amazon are running effectively
• Managing, organising and updating relevant customer sales data
• Creating sales tools and reports using the company platform
• Analysing sales and looking at data to propose product strategy
• Researching market competitors and relaying findings to the wider team
• Setting up new products on the website and the relevant landing pages
• Arranging products into relevant categories
• Scanning the website and social media pages for any errors or potential issues
• Familiarising yourself with the product range and clients’ offering
• Supporting on administrative tasks as and when required

Job requirements

• A 2.1 from a top University
• Strong Excel skills, you must know V Look Ups and Pivot tables
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to be a strong team player but also work well independently
• Confident communicator – the team is a social group!
• Basic HTML skills would be a real plus
