Job description

In this Account Manager job, you will be reporting to the Client Services Manager based in London. You will be based in New York and responsible for on-boarding, retaining and growing the client portfolio, as well as shaping the service delivery of the business as it enters its next phase of growth and expands globally! You will need to be a friendly and excellent communicator as you will be liaising with clients and ensuring you’re providing a fantastic service every step of the way.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in the US to be considered for this role.

Key responsibilities

In this Account Manager job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a world class experience for clients, focusing on on-boarding, retaining and growing their client portfolio
  • Managing the overall survey process for multiple clients at once through each stage
  • Helping clients understand and the tool and how they can use it
  • Presenting results of surveys back to clients
  • Managing and conducting client meetings at any phase of the project
  • Working closely with the sales and operational teams to ensure clients are receiving the best service possible

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of account management or related experience
  • A 2.1 degree from a good university
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and with a team
  • Understanding of data and analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Solution-based approach and an appetite for exceeding client expectations
  • A second language (Dutch, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or French) would be beneficial

Benefits of the job

  • A great starting salary of £46,416 - £54,152 (equivalent to $60,000 - $70,000)
  • Annual Bonus: 10% (5% for company meeting target, 5% for meeting personal objectives)
  • Approximately one month initial training in London
  • Approximately 2 trips to Europe per year for company meetings
  • Flight to relocate to New York / return home

  • 24 days of vacation for first year full calendar year, adding one per year up to 30 days (plus US public holidays)
