Job description – Talent Partner

As a Commercial Talent Partner, you will be a vital part of international expansion focussing on the European and Asian Pacific markets. Working with the business you will identify, engage, and attract the best talent internally and externally. You will partner with hiring managers, constantly seeking to understand how the company can improve all aspects of our attraction, assessment and selection, branding, candidate experience, on-boarding and operations to ensure the best people are hired.

Key responsibilities – Talent Partner

In this Talent Partner role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with various departments within the business to understand their hiring needs
  • Taking on new briefs and managing the process through to offer acceptance
  • Supporting hiring managers through hire briefs and creating job specs, outlining sourcing strategies
  • Planning for critical recruitment points in the year, including assisting with graduate recruitment strategy, through maintaining relationships with universities/ organising and attending Careers Fairs.
  • You will have strong organisational capabilities to support volume assessment and selection and class hiring
  • Managing agency and supplier relationships and working to find any other creative routes to find the best talent.
  • Proactively developing and maintaining candidate talent pools, ensuring positive candidate experiences in all interactions
  • Ensuring that diversity and inclusion is a key part of the recruitment and people strategy
  • Maintain operational excellence through accurate tracking of the recruiting life cycle

Job requirements Talent Partner

  • Ideally a degree in a real estate, commercial real estate or property
  • Experience in talent management or recruitment, you are well versed in attracting and managing talent
  • Experience in sourcing candidates and converting offers
  • Confidence in working toward targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with people at all levels of seniority - you can speak to anyone AND everyone
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in the commercial real estate industry
  • Strong attention to detail - you can accurately capture and enter data
  • A genuine interest in Commercial real estate
