In this System Support Engineer role, you will be joining an exciting technology consultancy and solutions provider, with over 25 years of experience working with companies in industries such as IT, Media and Production. They support brands on their digital journeys, by integrating automated business process solutions – transforming the way their clients do business. They are now looking for a new member to join their team to help support and integrate their client's solutions to meet the needs of the ever-changing modern business world.
You will be initially supporting existing technical resources to research, diagnose, and identify solutions to reported issues with the software and operating systems supported by the business, along with assisting them in the implementation of their core solutions. Eventually being able to take ownership and responsibility to work independently. Additionally, you will be providing a professional level of customer and vendor-facing support, taking the initiative to solve a rich variety of problems, contribute to group troubleshooting discussions, and set up, configure and administrate systems and applications. There will also be project work involved, supporting clients by delivering solutions on time.
