In this Client Services job for graduates, you will be joining one of the most exciting startups in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. With heaps of investment from some of the biggest players in British business, they are growing rapidly and are now on the lookout for two Client Service graduates to join their expanding team in Southampton.
In this Junior Client Services role in Southampton, you will be working with a brilliant team, taking ownership for excellent customer relationships and ensuring the business is running smoothly. To be successful in this role it is essential that you are a brilliant communicator and highly detail-oriented, as your role will involve spinning lots of different plates at once, problem-solving and managing reports for internal teams. You must also be happy reporting and confident presenting your findings to senior stakeholders.
Note: As this industry isn’t your average 9-5, you must be happy working in shifts, these will never be longer than eight-hours. They will vary between 8am - 8pm.Key responsibilities
