Job description

In this rotational Finance Graduate Scheme, you’ll gain invaluable hands-on experience across all four of the groups major lending products. The idea is that you gain a holistic understanding of all aspects of the business and following completion of the graduate scheme, you join the team to which you’re best suited. As part of their leading division, you’ll spend 13 weeks on each of the following teams; Development Finance, Bridging Loans, Buy-to-Let mortgages and Second Charge Mortgages. You’ll gain experience in underwriting, broker support, sales, and analytical roles.

***Please note: This Property Finance graduate scheme will commence in February 2021***

Key responsibilities

In this Property Finance graduate job in Hertfordshire, your responsibilities will include:

• Rotations across four major product divisions
• Liaising with and build relationships with senior management teams,
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholder
• Developing key data-driven insights for clients
• Impacting on each department through analysis, sales, underwriting, brokering and administrative work.

Job requirements

• A 2:1 or above from university in a Finance, Economics or related degree
• Excellent numerical, literacy and analytical skills
• Excellent communicative ability both written and verbal
• A real interest in finance
• Internship or commercial experience a plus but not a prerequisite
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients as well as work well in a team
• Well presented, confident and enthusiastic
