Job description

In this Graduate Account Manager job, you'll be managing and growing relationships with existing clients. You’ll be able to build rapport naturally and make regular contact with clients to ensure they are getting the most out of the service. You will receive regular training and will be mentored by a highly successful and knowledgeable Account Manager with at least 3 years’ experience at the company as well as working closely with some of the business' senior dealers to ensure you have the all the tools you need to kickstart/take the next step in your career. Success in this role will require you to be tenacious, self-driven, highly motivated and you will need excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Key responsibilities

In this FX Account Manager role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Consistently achieving individual and team targets and KPI’s
  • Proactively contacting existing clients and developing relationships
  • Executing currencies trade on behalf of your clients
  • Effectively communicating all service offerings
  • Growing existing accounts and therefore profitability
  • Fantastic relationship management skills
  • Delivering a high-quality service to your client list, looking to add value with every conversation

Job requirements

  • The role involves constant client contact and so excellent communication skills are required
  • Possess a friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Experience in a client-facing/sales environment is a plus
  • The successful candidate will be energetic, highly motivated to outperform targets and take pride in delivering success as part of a team operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ambition to have a successful career in the financial industry
  • Previous work experience in a commercial sales role
