In this Senior Account Manager job in London, you will work with top universities across the UK. You will be in charge of growing sales within a specific area, managing relationships with key universities to diversify across their departments and upsell, ultimately leading to contract renewals. You will need to work with a variety of stakeholders, think strategically and quickly build rapport. The main tasks will be: building meaningful relationships with executives at university level, understand their technology needs and devise solutions with our Head of Product. Necessary skills include the ability to create, assess and secure new business as well as to grow accounts over time and ensure continuation of existing contracts.
