In this Sales Support job in London, you will join a dynamic and ambitious team, sitting in the sales function of the business. You’ll be joining a fun, vibrant but also hugely successful and professional function within the business. You’ll carry out the day to day functions of the Sales Support team. This includes administrative duties, data processing and supporting the field-based sales team as and when required.

To foster and strengthen relationships with their existing financial advisers and their staff by answering queries as they arise in a polite, timely and helpful manner. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, meticulous organisational skills as well as polished soft skills. We’re looking for someone to match the energy and enthusiasm of the high-flying sales team.

In this Junior Sales job in London, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up new adviser firms, advisers, secondary users, discretionary investment managers and remote data service companies on our back office system.
• Creating new passwords and sending out password letters to advisers and their investors.
• Processing and reconciling Adviser Charging payments and statements.
• Dealing with literature requests from advisers and their staff.
• Dealing with letters of authority in relation to investors moving between adviser firms.
• Creating and sending out “Visiting adviser” codes.
• Assisting in hosting occasional adviser/sales meetings at head office.
• Keeping adviser’s information up to date, including change of address, bank details and company names.
• Supporting advisers and investors with changes to their accounts such as client ownership, adviser firm mergers, “no longer authorised” and legal entity changes.
• This includes takeover and acquisitions.
• Assisting the Corporate Events Manager with the coordination of the Transact regional adviser events, conferences and award ceremonies.
• Completing any other ad hoc duties as required within the team.
• Assisting Adviser and Sales Support Specialists with basic Transact Online queries
• Producing accurate and relevant Management Information that tracks volumes, issues and errors

• You will have graduated from university with at least a 2.2
• Office based admin experience
• Client/customer-facing experience (could be retail or bar work!)
• A genuine interest in Financial services
• The ability to prioritise a varied workload - you will be confident managing and evaluating your time
• A confident communicator, you enjoy speaking with anyone and everyone!
• A can-do and positive attitude - you’re not fazed by commercial targets
• A real team player, you’re inspired and engaged by collective success
