In this graduate Sales Executive job in Southampton, you will be joining one of the most exciting startups in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. They are set to radically transform the automotive sphere - revolutionising the way consumers buy, sell and trade used cars. With heaps of investment from some of the biggest players in British business, they are growing rapidly and are now on the lookout for two Client Service graduates to join their expanding team in Southampton.

In this Client Sales Support job in Southampton you will be working with a brilliant team, taking ownership for excellent customer relationships and ensuring the business is running smoothly. To be successful in this role it is essential that you are a brilliant communicator and highly detail-oriented, as your role will involve spinning lots of different plates at once, problem-solving and managing reports for internal teams. You must also be happy reporting and confident presenting your findings to senior stakeholders.

Note: As this industry isn’t your average 9-5, you must be happy working in shifts, these will never be longer than eight-hours. They will vary between 8am - 8pm.

In this Junior Sales job in Southampton, your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with a variety of clients and providing clear advice to non-technical users
• Training customers and helping them with any queries
• Working with the Operations team to ensure their delivery experience is seamless
• Working closely with other senior members of the client team and providing Ad Hoc support when required
• Providing multi-channel support and advice using phone, live chat or web portal methods
• Identifying and reporting on issue trends, suggesting your improvement suggestions to the management team

• A 2.1 degree from university
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills – you can talk to anyone and everyone
• The ability to make complex concepts digestible
• A can do attitude
• Ambition in abundance, with an eagerness to continually self-improve and learn
