As Give A Grad A Go's Team Leader, I am responsible for leading a team of four Consultants and two Resourcers. It’s my job to make sure that my team are supported, getting all the help they need in order to grow within the business, as well as managing my own client base.

My area of expertise

My team and I work with clients within a huge array of sectors - including FinTech, Recruitment, FMCG and Retail to name a few. We are also building a solid client base within some emerging markets including MedTech, HealthTech, EdTech and InsurTech (everything tech!)

The worst job I've had

Key responsibilities

In this Relationship Manager job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Giving presentations and running workshops for key partners
  • Attending events, networking and meeting potential partners and clients
  • Co-ordinating email campaigns to generate awareness about the service
  • Liaising with the sales team to track ROI and coordinate activities
  • Meeting with VC’s to ensure they are getting the service they need
  • Following up with prospective clients to form partnerships
  • Developing your network across the UK’s tech scene, including top people at incubators and VCs
  • Meeting innovative software start-ups and scale ups in the UK

  • At least 2 years’ experience in business development
