Job description - Product Manager Graduate Scheme

The Product Success Grad will be an integral part of the company's direct user support. Product Success Grads will handle the receipt, triage, escalation, and resolution of all support queries from users of the Jigsaw solutions. They will work closely with the Product, Customer Success, DevOps, and QA/Test teams to carry out that work.

After a year you can progress into a senior position within any of the teams mentioned above, it's got a great development pathway!

Key responsibilities - Product Graduate Scheme

The key responsibilities in this Product Success opportunity in London are:

• Creating and managing in-app tour guides and notifications
• Product management - including tracking enhancement requests, identifying trends, and relaying changes and status back to the client team.
• Creating documentation (technical and end user-facing)
• Testing Jigsaw in advance of releases
• Helping with deployments
• Helping with the pre-sales technical process

Job requirements - Product Graduate Scheme

• A university degree
• A hard-working attitude, happy to get stuck-in anywhere
• Brilliant organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exposure to any of the following is beneficial but not essential; professional services, legal firms, client relations, project management
