Each year they service over 2 million clients and complete trades worth hundreds of millions of pounds. With partnerships with multiple renowned refineries and mints, and with Gold and Silver investing ever-rising, they are poised for further commercial success and expansion. They are now looking for a motivated graduate to join their London team.

Job description - Operations Executive

In this Operations Executive role in London, you will be taking charge of much of the day to day operations and logistics for the UK operations of this organisation. This will include liaising with clients and consulting on the services they provide, conducting compliance due diligence checks, managing payments and overseeing deliveries and reporting. Key responsibilities - Operations Executive

In this Client Operations Executive opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Clients via phone, e-mail, and chat as well as in-person
• This will include consulting potential clients regarding products that they sell and markets in general
• Conducting compliance and AML checks
• Managing the stock and predetermined positions for gold and money
• Conducting payments to customers and suppliers
• Compiling sales reports
• Overseeing packing and shipping packages for orders submitted online and inserting data into the CRM system
• Organising logistics to customers and from suppliers

Job requirements - Operations Executive

• A 2:1 degree from a university
• Some previous commercial experience in a client-facing or operations-based position
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities leveraging own initiative and proactive approach
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously with high productivity and accuracy
