In this Operations Associate role, you will be joining a chauffer-hailing app, setting new standards in urban transportation. They were founded in 2010 and are available in 9 different cities, including London, Paris and Moscow with a vision to be the safest and most discreet chauffeur service in all megacities. Having already raised over $28 million they’re expanding quickly and looking for a dedicated and confident Operations Associate to join their growing London team.

Key responsibilities - Operations Associate

In this Operations Associate job in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assess and support chauffeurs to achieve a consistently high standard via Quality Assurance Checks
  • Build the feedback loop between internal teams to continuously improve the UK’s standards
  • Deep dive into and resolve clients and chauffer’s issues and queries
  • Work with peers in other regions/countries to improve the quality assurance process, ensuring chauffeurs are at the forefront of chauffeuring standards

Job requirements - Operations Associate

  • A 2.1 degree or above from university
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-focused role
  • Fantastic communicator- both written and verbal- empathy is key
  • Ability to create, enter, analyse and act upon data
  • Excellent IT and organisational skills
  • Methodical approach to building quality improvement
  • Exceptional attention to detail
