Job description

In this Operations & Customer Success Manager job, you will work closely with the CFO and CEO to build the operating infrastructure which will drive this fast-growing startup as it grows from a niche brand to a household name. This will consist of setting up and managing relationships with third party warehouses, manufacturing partners, distributors and logistics companies. It will include strategic planning, inventory management and eventually overseeing the finances of the business.

Key responsibilities

In this Operations & Customer Success Manager job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day operational requirements of a high-growth business, project management and implementation
  • Taking leadership of the company’s supply chain management
  • Creating and maintaining up-to-date inventory projections
  • Setting up and managing the relationships with 3rd party warehouses, manufacturing partners, distributors and logistics companies
  • Managing day-to-day customer relations & success - over time, to put in place technology systems to ensure every customer is receiving their parcels in a timely manner

Job requirements

  • A degree result of 2.1 or above from a top university, with a background in finance or accounting
  • A minimum of 6 months office-based experience - previous experience in a consumer-focused business or startup preferred
  • Self-motivated and inherently entrepreneurial with high attention to detail
  • You will have a good sense of humour, be easy-going yet incredibly hard-working
  • Confident with Excel, e.g. VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
