Their recent success has seen them grow significantly and they are looking for an Operations Analyst to join their team.

Job Description

In this Operations Manager job in London, you will work closely with the Senior Management and internal teams to ensure the company is working to full efficiency. Your day to day will vary, as is the nature of a start-up, you’ll get exposure to all sides of the business, from development to sales. You’ll be expected to monitor and report on end-to-end business processes, working with the Chief of Staff to analyse and advise on all aspects of business operations. They’re looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running and take ownership of their work from day one. This role will suit a motivated candidate who wants to get stuck in and be part of a fast-growing tech start-up.

Key Responsibilities

In this Senior Data Analyst role your responsibilities will include:

• Advise, develop and implement complex business operations
• Audit processes to ensure the uphold compliance standards/regulations
• Collate and present monthly and quarterly operational data reports
• Mapping end-to-end business processes, in turn, identifying defects and suggesting improvements for the business model
• Monitor SLA’s and KPI’s across the business
• Work with the finance and accounting team with budget planning
• Assist on legal documentation, including NDAs, policy regulations and operational risk
• Provide support and guidance to internal teams + senior management with ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements

• Impressive academic background, educated to degree level from a top university
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role, in a high growth business
• Experience with operational risk, security and ISO standards (specifically ISO 27001)
• Fantastic verbal and written communication
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Passionate to work in a start-up and a real interest in tech
