Job description In this Business Development graduate role, you£ll be joining the Belfast branch of a rapidly growing sales team with a modern approach. The team has doubled in size in the last 12 months, successfully adding over 1000 happy clients in that time frame. You will be responsible for introducing and selling a superior product that will tangibly benefit every good cause it reaches. You£ll start with a focus on Northern Ireland and branch out to charities across the UK; prospecting, conducting online demos and holding intelligent conversations in closing new business. In this fantastic graduate sales opportunity, you will be combining a B2B commercial environment with the added benefit of positive social impact. You£ll be managing executive level relationships and work directly with their Head of Sales and Senior Partnerships Managers. Key responsibilities In this graduate Sales role in Belfast, your responsibilities will include: £ Strategically prospecting new leads £ Conducting online demonstrations and closing new business £ Working with Senior Partnerships Managers to create innovative customer propositions £ Developing and managing executive-level relationships £ Communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Job requirements £ A 2.1 from a good university £ Commercial, client-facing or sales experience is a big plus £ A naturally self-motivated and hard-working attitude £ A competitive edge £ Excellent written and verbal communication £ A Bachelor£s Degree or experience in a sales environment £ Self-motivation £ Ambition £ Resilience £ Excellent written and verbal communication skills £ The ability to demonstrate your potential for a career in sales £ To be a self-starter.
