In this Media Analyst role, you will be joining an established leading media agency based in London. You help evolve clients' brand growth by executing campaigns across all paid, traditional, and digital media channels involving TV, Radio, and Press Media. The company is ranked as one of the UK’s top 20 and fastest-growing media agencies with billings of over £75 million. With a vibrant team of entrepreneurial & ambitious individuals, they have a fantastic track record of building challenger brands into big household names, such as, Moonpig, Wayfair, Oak Furnitureland, Virgin Experience Days, and many more. Key responsibilities - Media Analyst

In this Media Analyst job in Marketing & Advertising, your responsibilities will include:

  • Consistent analysis of campaign performance, including mid and post-campaign reporting, to strict deadlines
  • Manage and maintain data quality in the company’s proprietary media attribution platform to ensure reporting output is accurate
  • Develop actionable insights relative to a client’s individual performance targets, in the context of the market and competitor landscape
  • Provide clear and compelling commentary to convey campaign performance and ongoing optimisation recommendations, both in written reports and verbally
  • Proactively offer ways to streamline and strengthen existing reporting processes
  • Work collaboratively with Analysis Director to deliver bespoke and added-value analysis and insight for internal and external use
  • Support new client set-up including analysis of historical trend data to create bespoke baseline methodology and associated dashboards
  • Ad-hoc analytics projects

Job requirements - Media Analyst

  • A minimum of a 2.1 from a university
  • Previous professional experience in analytics is highly beneficial
  • A strong interest in branding, marketing, technology, and advertising
  • Analytical thinker who is comfortable working with data and has experience using excel
  • Experienced with Google Analytics.
  • Data handling experience in all formats (raw CSV, Excel, database extract)
  • A highly motivated individual, who is proactive and commercially minded
  • Excellent client-facing skills and confidence when working with others
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organisation, and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly process-oriented – able to quickly understand and execute established processes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
