Job Description

In this Graduate Sales Executive job, your responsibility is to qualify, organise and nurture incoming leads and work with the rest of the Sales and Marketing team to figure out potential target companies for outbound sales. They are looking for a hands-on business development rep who can generate and nurture leads, do demos and set appointments.

Key responsibilities

In this Graduate Sales Account Executive Job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead generation, finding leads through research and outbound activities
  • Calling, emailing, using LinkedIn and other sales software to get to the decision-makers
  • Qualifying and moving prospective leads into and through the sales funnel (Hubspot CRM)
  • Ensuring there is always a healthy pipeline of leads for the senior sales team to close
  • Identify sales support requirements and collaborate with team members to achieve better results and improve sales tools
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Job requirements

  • Educated to degree level with a 2.1 and above
  • At least 1 year’s experience working in tech/SaaS sales.
  • You have a proven record of generating leads via multiple channels: email, LinkedIn, phone
  • You have bags of personality and can communicate complicated ideas very clearly
  • You aspire to have a career in sales and want quick career progression
  • You are results-driven, persistent and never give up until your hit or exceed your targets
