The worst job I've had

Job description

In this Office Manager graduate job, you will be the organisational and operational hub of the team; and will be integral to the day-to-day running of the company. Working closely with the senior management team, you will be helping to develop new systems and processes to ensure the most efficient running of the agency. You will be central to day-to-day operations and responsible for ensuring that everything from meeting room bookings, to following up invoices and organising all social events is managed to perfection!

Key responsibilities

In this Office Manager graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing new and efficient processes around the office
  • Managing the director’s calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Ensuring there are strong lines of communication open between the team as a whole
  • Managing holiday allowances and team holiday reporting

  • Ensuring all orders and deliveries are up to date and timely
