Job description

In this Operations Coordinator graduate job, you will be providing high-quality administrative support for all travel-related queries at this fast growing company. This could vary from bespoke travel arrangements to important in-house travel support. You will need to have bags of enthusiasm and initiative in order to fully carve out your contribution. Provided that you are eager to work hard and get stuck in, there is huge scope for this opportunity to grow and develop into other parts of the business over time.

Key responsibilities

In this Operations Coordinator graduate job, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling the jam-packed travel team inbox
  • Booking all travel and accommodation requirements of the team and visitors
  • Looking after administrative duties on all of their large-scale events (e.g. conferences)
  • Ensuring the travel team itself is organised and scheduling team meetings
  • Contacting candidates and processing travel reimbursements
  • Keeping travel checkers meticulously up to date
  • Supporting the travel team on any ad-hoc tasks

Job requirements

  • A strong academic track record - a 2.1 degree
  • Ideally, a minimum of 6-12 months’ experience in a similar Administrative/PA Customer Service role and at least 18 months commercial experience overall
  • A 'people person' who really wants to support others!
  • A real interest in artificial intelligence
  • Any travel booking experience is a bonus
  • Highly organised and thorough
  • Common sense in abundance
  • The ability to be flexible in a constantly changing environment
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Good computer skills and data entry experience would be a real plus
  • A highly collaborative team player who’s not afraid of taking on a fresh challenge
