In this Operations Assistant graduate job, you will be working directly with the Director to ensure that all documents and presentations are prepared ahead of meetings and events. You will be responsible for managing the Director’s diary, in addition to taking charge of all administrative tasks associated with the smooth running of the business. You will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills in order to produce analytical reports, research presentations, and review press activity in a timely and efficient manner – as well as working proactively in order to ensure the effective and efficient running of the office as it continues to grow.

Key responsibilities

In this Operations Assistant graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Directly supporting the Director – including diary management, and attending meetings
  • Producing analytical reports
  • Preparing research tasks and presentations ahead of client meetings
  • Proactively producing and implementing solutions to assist the growth and efficiency of the company
  • Setting up KPIs and monitoring within the department
  • Reviewing, tracking, and sharing industry press and news
  • Answering queries by phone and my email
  • Taking a hands-on role in the efficient running of the business
  • Completing all day-to-day administrative duties in a timely manner
