Job description

In this Junior Fraud Analyst graduate job, your role will be to provide in-depth, accurate security analysis, and assist with deploying preventative measures to tackle fraud. You'll also be dealing with support tickets via an online ticketing system, and responding to police requests. An analytical mind and an interest in fraud are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities

In this Junior Fraud Analyst graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing security analysis on fraud and assisting with preventive measures to tackle this
  • Processing penalty charge notices and speeding fines
  • Police requests - providing detailed criminal reports
  • Fuel card management – ensure all fuel cards are kept up to date and analysis fuel card data to tackle any fuel card fraud
  • Bad debt management
  • Managing Zendesk tickets

Job requirements

  • A problem-solver with a love for investigating ‘why things are the way they are’
  • Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage your time efficiently
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong numerical abilities, you will be very data driven
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and spoken
  • A passion for learning, and continuously developing your skillset
