The worst job I've had

I used to spend the gap between semesters at uni working at a school uniform shop. I really didn't enjoy retail and the shop was massively overrun with angry teenagers arguing with their parents... but you have to pay off the overdraft somehow!

Job description

In this Customer Experience Executive job, you will be working with the Customer Success Team, and reporting to the Customer Success Manager. You will be responsible for customers’ experiences with the company and will deal directly with several leading global brands. The role will involve learning and using technical tools to support a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Please note: This is a 2/3 month placement with the potential to turn permanent.

Key responsibilities

In this Customer Experience Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Transforming key existing customer journeys into rich customer experiences on a new messaging channel with Google
  • Working directly with leading global brands, who are at the cutting edge of innovation.
  • Working with the Account Management and Customer Success teams to bring these journeys to life and encourage client uptake
  • Build demonstrations of customer journeys using tools like Botsociety
  • Developing and testing the customer journeys in the IMIconnect platform
  • Produce catalogue of journeys and case studies that can be presented to existing and prospective clients
