Company profile

In this Coaching Associate role, you’ll be joining a VC-funded Talent Science Tech Start-up, which harnesses data that matters for building amazing teams. Organizations play an important role in the world, but the way they go about recruiting and growing their people remains error-prone, inefficient, and inconsistent. That’s what our client is fixing.

Our client captures, synthesizes, and actions insights to help exceptional organizations hire better. Started in 2019 off the back of their founding teams’ experiences at Palantir and Uber, our client creates products that help turn hiring conversations into data, so organizations can make more reliable hiring decisions.

We build spoken language processing technology to turn interviews into troves of data, and seamless services that turn that data into impact for our customers. That means more effective interviewers, better hiring decisions, and an interview process that can actually be managed at scale. Our clients are an early-stage team working on the most impactful thing you could possibly imagine. If you’re inspired by the idea of changing how teams are built for good, we’d love for you to consider joining our clients on their mission.
