Job description

In this Client Services Executive job, you will be one of the first members of the Success team, helping to provide great customer support and initiatives for the Students that use the app. You will be given the autonomy to come up with strategies and methods of improving relationships and will also deal with inbound enquiries. Growing rapidly, the business will look to build a team around you and you could be senior management in no time!

Key responsibilities

In this Client Services Executive job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service for the 4,000 students on the platform
  • Setting the standard for how the company speaks to its customers
  • Coming up with ways they can go the extra mile for students
  • Helping to build & maintain the Help Centre from scratch
  • Being a key player in coming up with processes for how we should deal with different situations
  • Handling sensitive situations
  • Reporting ‘bugs’ to the tech team so they can sort them out quickly
  • Being a voice for the students on the platform

Job requirements

  • A 2.1 from a good university
  • Experience within a customer-facing environment or fast paced, start-up environment ideally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • The ability to learn quickly
  • Empathetic and a great listener
  • Organisation to deal with the repetition of daily tasks
  • An outgoing and approachable personality
  • Tech-savvy is a bonus
