I’d applied for a few roles through Give A Grad A Go, but wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to do. I came in to visit the team to discuss what kinds of graduate jobs my skills would be best suited to, and I really liked the atmosphere in the office. Although I’d never really considered a career in graduate recruitment before, when I spoke to the team about the possibility of a job here I thought that it sounded like something I’d be good at – and here I am!

The worst job I've had

I held a job doing door-to-door sales for a number of different charities. Hopefully I learnt something from the late evenings cold calling in the rain!

You will need exceptional time management and prioritisation skills in order to tackle an array of tasks – from assisting and coaching new clients in the use of the platform, to meeting with clients and participating in quarterly reviews to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

In this Client Services Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting and coaching new clients in the use of the platform to create a world class experience
  • Mastering the product portfolio and customer onboarding process to the platform
  • Collaborating with the Head of Customer Success to refine the onboarding process
  • Collaborating with the product team to find ways to improve the product
  • Meeting with clients and participating in quarterly reviews to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Taking responsibility for the quality of the product and the accuracy of data
  • Reporting issues to various stakeholders
  • Supporting sales to grow the engagement with customers
