The worst job I've had

Job description

In this Client Services Executive graduate job, you will become an integral part of the growing customer support team, and will be trained to be able to provide high-quality client services via both phone and email. On a day-to-day basis, you will be assisting with day to day customer support and working at a grassroots level, solving problems and collecting feedback to ensure that all customers are happy and supported on their journey. You’ll need to be able to remain calm and logical under pressure – as you will be juggling, prioritising and escalating any issues or queries.

Please note: This role is a 6 month FTC.

Key responsibilities

In this Client Services Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to all customer enquiries via ticket within a timeframe
  • Prioritising tickets as they come through and understanding which need to be escalated
  • Being confident and personable when answering the phone and solving issues for customers
  • Managing returns, replacements and refunds as and when necessary and working to ensure that all products are sent quickly and efficiently
  • Holding an up to date knowledge of the products to ensure you can lend the best advice to customers

So, what are we looking for?

  • A graduate with an interest in the FemTech industry
  • Prior customer service experience e.g. retail experience
  • A problem solver with the ability to think on your feet and use your initiative to help customers
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Some experience using Microsoft and Google Suite tools
  • The ability to work independently after training period
