In this Client Services Executive graduate job, you will be a key member of the client services team, and will be working to support, guide and train your portfolio of clients. On a day to day basis, this will involve answering queries, finding solutions to issues, and building strong and lasting relationships. In order to succeed you’ll need to be both personable and professional – as you’ll be liaising with internal teams and clients alike, and working to provide an exceptional level of service.
Note: As the travel industry isn’t your average 9-5, you must be happy working in shifts. These will never be longer than eight-hour shifts!
