Job description

In this Business Development Executive graduate job, your mission will be to draw profitable new accounts to the business through new lead generation, building client relationships to gain an understanding of their goals, and delivering outstanding customer service. To be successful in this role it is essential that you are both self-motivated and highly adaptable, as you will be given a range of responsibilities, from liaising with a variety of clients to managing administrative processes, as well as meeting quarterly and yearly targets.

Key responsibilities

In this Business Development Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the sales team whilst developing your own sales and account management skills
  • Resolving issues, communicating with clients and prospects, and making sure that clients receive deliverables
  • Researching and investigating the market
  • Effectively using a CRM to manage leads
  • Leading generation, qualifying prospects and booking meetings with potential clients
  • Managing administrative processes to ensure that the team works to the highest level of efficiency

Job requirements

  • A minimum of a 2.2 from university
  • A tech-savvy individual with a real interest in technology, and ideally someone who has previously sold business lines to various customers (e.g. client device, servers, storage or networking)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Impeccable presentation skills
  • The ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Stacks of enthusiasm
  • A real entrepreneurial spirit
