In this Account Manager graduate job, you will be responsible for researching companies and individuals to identify potential new leads, establishing rapport with clients, and arranging remote demonstrations with Sales Executives within your team. You will need to be fluent in German, as you will be working with a number of German clients, helping to grow the business and maintain fantastic working relationships.

Key responsibilities

In this Account Manager graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

• Generating and qualifying leads through market research and outreach
• Maintaining customer relationships, including managing aftercare and other related administrative tasks for your clients
• Developing new business via various channels including outbound calling, attendance at industry events, social media and email campaigns
• Populating and maintaining the sales pipeline
• Working with the marketing team to develop and maintain suitable sales copy, presentations and other collateral
• Assisting with the translation of English copy to German
• Attending international events with the CEO

• A university degree
• Business-level German
• Knowledge of French, Italian or Spanish would also be desirable
