Job description

In this Graduate Account Manager job in London, you will be reporting to the Head of Sales, taking responsibility for onboarding, retaining and growing the client portfolio. You will also be shaping the service delivery of the business as it enters its next phase of growth and expands globally! You will need to be a friendly and excellent communicator, with first-rate communication skills, as you will be liaising with clients across Europe, and ensuring that you are providing a fantastic service at every step of the way.

Key responsibilities

In this Key Account Manager job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a world-class experience for clients and acting as first point of contact on any inbound leads
  • Focusing on onboarding, retaining and growing the client portfolio
  • Helping clients understand and the tool and how they can use it by providing demo’s
  • Presenting results of surveys back to clients
  • Managing and conducting client meetings at any phase of the project
  • Producing financial proposals for clients

Job Requirements

  • A 2.1 degree from a good university
  • At least 4 years of account management or related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Understanding of data and analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Solution-based approach and an appetite for exceeding client expectations
  • A second language (Dutch, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or French) is preferable
