Job Description - Sales Development Representative

In this Sales role, you will be responsible for sparking initial relationships with potential clients, and ultimately owning the all-important first step in the sales process. You will be pivotal to the business’s growth; with access to an industry renowned SDR training and coaching programme, making this the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career in the hyper-growth Tech Sector.

Key Responsibilities - Sales Development Representative

In this Sales Development Representative role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking outbound meetings through a multi-channel approach Establishing genuine relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Engaging with a range of prospects, including C-suite/Directors, from all sorts of different organisations
  • Working directly with the Business Development Manager to manage the sales pipeline
  • Meeting monthly KPIs
  • Managing external stakeholders, keeping clients up to date with feedback
  • Cold-calling new business opportunities
  • Sourcing leads through research

Job Requirements - Sales Development Representative

  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task
  • Customer-facing or Sales experience, ideally phone-based
  • Interest in technology - you will be working with some of the leading names
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working in a target driven environment is a bonus
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and meticulous attention to detail
