Company profile - Healthcare Startup

This scale-up provides convenient and affordable private primary medical care, offering a ‘one-stop shop’ for all primary healthcare. This includes same-day GP appointments, fast-turnaround sexual health testing, blood tests, private referrals and mental health. Having started in 2016 they have now helped 600,000 patients receive top-quality care. During COVID-19 the company conducted over 500,000 travel tests for Londoners. Off the back of this, they are reinvesting in growth for their core offering - GP and primary healthcare from their own premises across London. This is their biggest expansion to date and an incredibly exciting time for the company. They are looking for a new member of the team to join a rotational scheme, exposing them to every aspect of the business.

Job description - Graduate Management Scheme

In this Graduate Management Scheme, you will work alongside one of the company's senior managers who will act as your graduate mentor.

You will rotate around different functions within the business, including:

  • Project management
  • Operations management
  • Business analysis and management
  • Customer service
  • Property management

This role will require a sharp mind, a self-starter attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. If you are looking for extensive experience and early responsibility with the potential for fast progression, this is the role for you.

Key responsibilities - Graduate Management Scheme

  • Using data to analysis trends, create plans and implement strategy
  • Working closely with senior managers to plan and deliver projects
  • Negotiating with suppliers to achieve specific outcomes
  • Developing strong relationships across every level of the business, including senior management and CEO
  • Helping patients and developing an understanding of what patients value and what the company offers
  • Travelling to different site locations around London

Job requirements - Graduate Management Scheme

  • A 1st or 2:1 from university
  • STEM or Analytical degree background ideally
  • A bright and motivated graduate with a keen eye for detail and strategic thinking
  • A self-starter ready to get stuck into a new challenge
  • Someone who takes responsibility for their own performance and progression
  • Experience in a fast, project-based environment is desirable but not essential
  • Any form of experience full or part-time in a "tough" job would be beneficial
