Job description - Growth Marketer

In this varied Growth Marketing role, you’ll be working closely with a team of performance marketers and designers, helping to design and execute effective and impactful marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and sales. Driving customer acquisition through email marketing, landing page optimisation and campaigns. Targeting key audiences to achieve growth targets. You will also be Optimising for CAC through a combination of growth experiments and A/B testing. If you’re looking to kick-start your career in Growth Marketing, this could be the role for you.

Key responsibilities - Growth Marketer

In this Growth Marketing job, you will be responsible for:

• Design and execute effective and impactful marketing campaigns
• Contributing to creative pitches, including strategy and creative direction
• To optimise the performance of marketing efforts to improve ROI of lead flow
• Execute data-driven experiments and leverage new marketing channels to drive growth strategy
• Knowledge of MarTech software a bonus: Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Outreach.io
• Driving customer acquisition through email marketing, landing page optimisation and campaigns
• Work with multiple clients and projects at once
• Innovate in the ideation process, producing out of the box concepts which have a competitive advantage

Job requirements - Growth Marketer

• A university degree or equivalent experience
• Passionate about creating integrated marketing campaigns, exceptionally executed
• Creative, with lots of ideas on disruptive and innovative ways to go to market
• You thrive in the unpredictable and can pivot with grace to plan b, c, or d
• Not afraid to fail, think outside the box, and experiment with new tactics and approach
• Strong understanding of campaign development and executions
