Job description - Account Manager

In this Customer Success Account Manager job in London, you'll be joining a tech startup that totally prides itself on its deliverance of exceptional customer journeys, as a key contributor to its global client success. You will work directly with clients, building meaningful relationships, ensuring the smooth running of all accounts, and strategising growth plans based on client reporting.

You’ll work to ensure each client is well looked after and want to retain a long term relationship. Progression in this startup is fast and fluid, so you'll have the opportunity to curate and develop your skills and build a long-term career in Customer Success.

Key responsibilities - Account Manager

In this Project Manager job in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a consultative and personal approach to clients, and building meaningful customer relationships
  • Support Account Directors in delivering projects to clients
  • Utilise the business’ innovative technology to build planograms and virtual shelves for clients
  • Understand, analyse, and interpret shopper data
  • Present data analysis findings back to clients in a clear and insightful way
  • Becoming a key point of contact for customers to support them with questions and enquiries
  • Proactively problem-solving, and providing support for customers on projects
  • Developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
  • Supporting ad hoc projects across the business

Job requirements - Account Manager

  • A highly driven graduate, data and research-driven degrees ideal, but all degrees welcome!
  • Some previous experience in a related role, such as Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Project Management, or Account Management
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Data literate, you will be comfortable managing and pulling insights from data
  • A keen interest in developing a career in a tech startup
  • A proactive self-starter with a desire to help users and solve problems
  • A passion for Retail and SaaS platforms
