Job description - Sales Negotiator

In this Sales Executive position based in the heart of London, you will be the client's first point of contact for new business. You will have responsibility for managing clients who are looking for property across London and organising viewings for them. You will also follow up on existing applications and be expected to negotiate and close the best deals you can.

Please note: This is a warm sales role and requires a minimum of 3 months experience in a phone-based role.

Key responsibilities - Sales Negotiator

In this Senior Sales job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing clients who are looking for property space across London
  • Making appointments over the phone for your clients to view properties - providing clear instructions as to how to get to the correct location, if required
  • Following up on existing applicants, negotiating and closing deals
  • Being the point of contact for any questions regarding logistics and property data
  • Responding to all clients in a prompt and professional manner

Job requirements - Sales Negotiator

  • A 2.1 from university
  • A minimum of 3 months of experience in a phone-based role
  • An outstanding telephone manner - you must be able to build rapport with anyone and everyone
  • A desire to build a career within a fast-paced and highly rewarding PropTech Sales environment
  • Someone who enjoys working to targets and is money motivated!
  • Someone who is confident and eager to get stuck in!
