In this Client Administrator Role, you will be joining an independent property consultancy specialising in the search and acquisition of prime residential, commercial and investment property on behalf of private clients.

Job description – Client Administrator

In this Office Administrator role, you will be taking ownership of research tasks, including working on various client projects, as well as providing support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

It is essential that you are organised, motivated and driven – you excel when working independently and alongside with wider team.

Key responsibilities – Client Administrator

In this Client Administrator opportunity for graduates, your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing research tasks and assisting with client searches
  • Searching Local Council planning databases and monitoring policy updates
  • Creating and finalising all client reports including open market appraisals, pre-offer appraisals, investment packs and market reports
  • Preparing fee proposals, contracts, NDAs and T&Cs
  • Producing viewing notes and brochures to support the director and other sales staff
  • Onboarding new staff
  • Dealing efficiently with telephone and email enquiries

Job requirements – Client Administrator

  • A university degree achieving a 2.2 or above
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task
  • Interest in property, planning processes or property development
  • Previous work experience in an office or administrative environment is a bonus
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
