After a successful 2021 and with a very strong 2022 pipeline in mind, the team are growing and looking to recruit an ambitious self-starter. The ideal candidate will be both a team player and accomplished at solely managing occupier enquiries from start to finish.

Job description – Business Development Executive

You will be handling office enquiries from start to finish. This will include qualifying the client requirements, creating rapports, sourcing office options, arranging viewings, and negotiating/completing deals.

You will be self-sourcing new clients by being active on LinkedIn, and drive will help to drive their Business Development. Your knowledge of the flexible office market will grow and will allow you to add value whilst providing professional and reasoned advice to clients.

Key responsibilities – Business Development Executive

The main responsibilities in this Junior Broker opportunity are:

  • To handle office enquiries from start to finish; including qualifying the client requirement and creating rapport, sourcing office options, arranging viewings, negotiating and completing deals
  • To develop excellent knowledge of the flexible office market, including future trends, in order to add value whilst providing professional and reasoned advice to clients
  • To boost the flow of client enquiries and new opportunities by developing external contacts
  • To maintain records on the CRM on a daily basis, chasing and archiving clients where necessary
  • To develop a strong internal network by forging relationships with, and often working alongside, the office agency teams on their client enquiries or referrals
  • To build an external network and become well regarded in the marketplace amongst operators and other brokers alike

Job requirements – Business Development Executive

  • A university degree
  • Enthusiastic team player, self-motivated and target-driven
  • Consultative approach to client care
  • Able to build rapport quickly with new clients and maintain relationships with longstanding clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient administration and time management skills
  • Proficiency in IT (Microsoft Office, CRM, Outlook, Excel)
  • Full and clean UK driving licence
