My area of expertise

I work with such a huge a variety of clients that it's hard to pinpoint my particular area of expertise! But I particularly enjoy finding graduates a job they love in an area they hadn't originally thought about.

The worst job I've had

My worst job has to be when I was a security guard at a (now in administration) shoe warehouse. At 5"3 it was pretty bleak. My months' trial resulted in more shoes being stolen than ever before.

This is a fast-paced, varied and challenging role - so you'll need to be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment with a start-up culture.

Key responsibilities

In this Property Assistant job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting relevant information from prospective borrowers
  • Collating all necessary documents in relation to new loan applications
  • Liaising with both solicitors and lawyers – as per industry standards
  • Ongoing borrower communication to ensure a smooth process of repayment
  • Shadowing your line manager on the creation of credit reports
  • Managing the CRM – Salesforce experience is a real plus
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends
