Job description

In this Office Administrator graduate job, you will be joining a small but rapidly growing start-up, who’s operations team are growing at a rapid rate. You will be joining the Office Management team, responsible for assisting with the daily operational management of the business. You will be involved in front of house operations such as answer telephone calls, emails and meet & greet guests, placing orders and replenishing office and facilities supplies when necessary, organisational tasks including scheduling team meetings and other events. This role requires exceptional organisational skills as you will be the go to person for all things admin/ office based.

Key responsibilities

In this Office Administrator job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the operations team in creating an amazing workplace
  • Training scheduling, organising and collecting feedback
  • Create a warm and welcoming office experience for internal and external visitors.
  • Answer telephone calls, emails and meet & greet guests
  • placing orders and replenishing office and facilities supplies when necessary
  • Work with the Operations Team to create and manage internal comms on our fabulous company intranet
  • Assist with Operations, HR and talent teams’ tasks
  • General office admin and being the go to person for all things admin!

Job requirements

  • A degree from a top university
  • Previous office operations/ office administration, internships, placements is preferable.
  • A passion for organisation and operations, and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • You will have been involved with multiple extracurricular activities while at university, from holding positions in societies to working alongside your degree, spinning multiple plates
  • Office management experiences is a huge bonus
  • Exceptional phone manner and email communications
  • Positive attitude (you always see the glass half full!)
  • Adaptable and flexible with a desire to take on additional responsibility
