In this Client Services Executive job, you will be joining a fantastic B2B property company, who are committed to tackling drab, dreary office space. They have successfully found thousands of businesses’ brighter and better spaces for offsite meetings, workshops and networking events; and with a hub of fabulous offices across the capital, they are able to work with some of the cities’ most exciting startups. Now set to open their sixth hub, they are now looking to add to their team and are looking for fantastic Client Service Executives who are available to get started in January 2020.
In this Client Services Executive, you will be in charge of ensuring that all clients are given the best possible service, and matched with the ideal office space. You will be a ‘master multi-tasker’, and have a keen eye for detail, as you’ll be responsible for ensuring all events run smoothly and correct office space is correctly assigned. You will need to love building relationships, as forging lasting relationships with your existing client base is a hugely important aspect of this exciting and versatile role.
Please note: Given the space our client sits in, the successful candidate must be happy with two shift patterns, which are either 7.30am – 4.30pm or 10.00am – 7.00pm.
