They have successfully found thousands of businesses’ brighter and better spaces for offsite meetings, workshops and networking events; and with a hub of fabulous offices across the capital, they are able to work with some of the cities’ most exciting startups. Now set to open their sixth hub, they are now looking to add to their team and are looking for fantastic Client Service Executives who are available to get started in January 2020.

Job description

In this Client Services Executive, you will be in charge of ensuring that all clients are given the best possible service, and matched with the ideal office space. You will be a ‘master multi-tasker’, and have a keen eye for detail, as you’ll be responsible for ensuring all events run smoothly and correct office space is correctly assigned. You will need to love building relationships, as forging lasting relationships with your existing client base is a hugely important aspect of this exciting and versatile role.

Please note: Given the space our client sits in, the successful candidate must be happy with two shift patterns, which are either 7.30am – 4.30pm or 10.00am – 7.00pm.

Key responsibilities

In this Client Services Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an active client book; ensuring all inbound enquiries are effectively and quickly responded to
  • Managing a property portfolio and helping your clients to their relevant meeting space; you’ll want to ensure your office space always looks its’ very best!
  • Helping the company become more efficient by streamlining processes and introducing new technology
  • Understanding, prioritising and escalating client’ feedback and feature requests to the wider team
  • Ensuring the team are consistently client-focused and fixated on building their awesome brand

Job requirements

  • A 2.1 or above from a good university
  • A confident communicator, you’ll love working with people
  • Excellent organisation skills – you’re always the one who makes the plans in your friendship group!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adventurous and want to grow with a fast-paced company
  • Previous use with a CRM platform would be hugely beneficial
  • Someone with a solutions-based approach to problems
