Job description
In this Business Development Executive graduate job, you will be responsible for quantifying leads by reaching out to industry professionals and pitching the product. You will be aiming to set up meetings whereby the software will be demonstrated to businesses. As you develop in this sales role, you will attend the meetings and network with high level executives; so strong communication and networking skills are vital.
Key responsibilities
In this Business Development Executive job, your responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to companies in the industry and pitching the product
- Learning and understanding the nuances of a new technology and being able to explain just why it is so incredible
- Networking at events
- Sitting in on pitching meetings
- Being a representative of the company
Job requirements
- A 2.1 from a good university
- Some experience in a business development or phone-based role
- You must be a driven, motivated and smart candidate
- An interested in tech, construction, property is a plus
Benefits of the job
- A realistic OTE of £35,000 in the first year (with a basic of £23,000 - £25,000)
- This is uncapped so you can earn even more!
