Account Executive - Job description

In this Account Executive role, you will join the Inside Sales Team and will manage a host of inbound inquiries from potential clients. You will educate the client, ensuring they understand the product and service on offer. It’s your job to ensure clients know their property will be managed effectively, ensuring a steady profit for them and a lasting partnership for the wider business. Organisation and efficiency are key skills in this role as you will deal with different clients and manage the sales process from lead to sign.

Account Executive - Key responsibilities

In this Account Executive job in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Following up on inbound leads from potential customers, making sure you’re responding in a timely manner and building rapport
  • Managing client inquiries, explaining how the platform works and the benefit of the service on offer
  • Generating new business opportunities and building good relationships with existing clients
  • Attending occasional property meetings with high-value prospects
  • Working closely to KPIs and ensuring a high client conversion success rate
  • Ensuring all contractual paperwork is completed accurately
  • Working closely with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth onboarding service
  • Ensuring CRM system is kept up to date with full and accurate notes

Account Executive - Job requirements

  • A 2.1 from university – be ready to talk about why you chose your subject!
  • A genuine passion for building relationships and working to targets
  • Phone-based sales experience would be a real plus
  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Brilliant time management and ability to multi-task
  • The desire to work to targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong research skills and ability to keep up with industry trends
  • Relishes problem-solving and is a proactive self-starter
  • Energetic, determined, and proactive
