As a Key Account Manager, I work with graduates who are looking to break into the Banking & Finance or FinTech sphere. I do also work with the odd luxury travel client too - my favourite being the agency that planned Will and Kate's honeymoon!

My area of expertise

I work with such a huge a variety of clients that it's hard to pinpoint my particular area of expertise! But I particularly enjoy finding graduates a job they love in an area they hadn't originally thought about.

The worst job I've had

My worst job has to be when I was a security guard at a (now in administration) shoe warehouse. At 5"3 it was pretty bleak. My months' trial resulted in more shoes being stolen than ever before.

Being part of a young company in the first stages of growth means that you will be exposed to all areas of the business and can expect to be learning about the whole process of selling properties from day one. To be successful in this role you will need to be both highly analytical and detail driven, as your role will involve analysing the property market and creating in-depth reports for customers.

Key responsibilities

In this Junior Analyst graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Valuing properties and making valuation recommendations to the COO for sign-off
  • Analysing the local market and trends
  • Ensuring that a fair and achievable price is guaranteed
  • Producing valuation reports for customers
  • Working closely with the development team to create tools and improve the valuation process

So, what are we looking for?

  • Someone who is both analytical and pragmatic
  • A minimum of a 2.1 from a top university, ideally in Engineering or Mathematics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A good knowledge of London and the surrounding areas
  • Previous experience in a position that required strong numerical skills (e.g. consultancy, analyst)
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced start-up
  • A keen interest in PropTech
  • Previous work experience within a residential property team or tech start-up would be ideal
  • A proactive worker who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in!
