Job Description

In this Marketing and Client Relations job, you will have a real mix of client-facing and analytical responsibilities. They’re looking for someone to take end to end ownership of paid social clients and deliver incredible results. You’ll be obsessive about performance, driven to make things better, and passionate about the details. You’ll be motivated by helping business owners deliver their performance target and understand how paid social media fits into wider business performance and strategy. Measurement will be your mantra, and you will love to understand not just how you are performing, but why – using analysis and evidence to back any recommendations that you make.

Key Responsibilities

In this Paid Social Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Take ownership of everything from creating ads from supplied assets to designing scaling plans and advising on paid social budgets.
  • Checking in on your client performance and optimizing campaigns.
  • Provide weekly summaries for your clients showing performance in the last week, and have calls with them to discuss these, alongside things you want to test next, and any creative requirements that you have.
  • Considering monthly results and recommendations at a strategic level that will be presented to the marketing directors and owners/investors of your clients to show them the potential for the channel.

Job Requirements

  • Experience within paid social, running Facebook and Instagram campaigns
  • Experience within either a digital marketing agency or a travel company
  • Experience with a plus but not essential
  • A minimum of a 2.1 from university
  • An analytical degree (Maths or Science-based) is desirable, but not essential – as long as you consider yourself analytical!
  • Strong Excel skills – you will be using this a lot in your work
  • A confident presenter who can articulate their ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle many projects with tight deadlines
